Cause # 1 Anemia
The reason hair loss can occur: A lack of iron can reduce the levels of red blood cells in your blood. These conditions will affect the health of the hair follicle.
Solutions: Take iron supplements coupled with vitamin C as a supporter, in order to take in maximum iron absorption.
Cause # 2 In certain medical treatment
The reason hair loss can occur: The side effects of taking antidepressants, diuretics, or pills can make our hair fall out.
Solution: Adjust the dose of drugs you consume, and try to find other alternative medicines. However, do check with your doctor first.
Cause # 3 Hypo or hyperthyroid
The reason hair loss can occur: The state of unbalanced hormone levels will improve the body’s natural chemicals, namely DHT which will “attack” our hair follicles.
